After being a partner in a large Elder Law firm for eight years, I decided to establish my own law firm in February 1999 with the goal of bringing a different philosophy to the practice of Elder Law and Estate Planning.As a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA)*, every day I meet with families who have a loved one that is in need of long term home care or nursing home care. I often find that these families feel like they are in an endless maze of confusion, frustration and fear since they have to make so many important legal, financial and health care decisions in a very short period of time.
What I truly believe distinguishes our law firm from larger firms is that not only will we provide the legal expertise to help you navigate through the maze of issues related to long term care, Medicaid and estate planning, but also, with the compassion, patience and sensitivity that you need and deserve. Thirteen years and over 4,000 clients later, I am proud to say that our firm’s success is a direct result of our commitment to following my philosophy of providing “hands on” legal advice and treating all our clients like members of our own family.
